Role in a nutshell:
Due to the growing demand within our operational activity, we are currently looking for customer support agents to join, on a full-time basis, our Lacias Panama Team.
Responsibilities:
Communication with customers through email and chats
Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints
Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers
Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints
Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal Spanish and English skills
Experience working with customer support
Analytical skills
Ability to work in multitasking environment
