Role in a nutshell:

Due to the growing demand within our operational activity, we are currently looking for Email support agents to join, on a full-time basis, our Panama Team.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be responsible for managing incoming emails, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction within the industry SLA.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written english communication skills with attention to detail
  • Background in providing effective customer service and resolving issues
  • Capable of handling a high volume of emails and prioritizing tasks
  • Skilled at identifying problems and finding solutions quickly
