Role in a nutshell:
Due to the growing demand within our operational activity, we are currently looking for Portuguese Customer Support Agent to join, on a full-time basis, our Lacias Panama Team.
Responsibilities:
- Communication with customers through email and chats
- Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints
- Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers
- Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints
- Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
- Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal Portuguese and English skills
- Experience working with customer support
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work in multitasking environment
